How to Buy from CityTechBD

Customer can buy products from CityTechBD in two ways:

1. Online Purchase – Create an account at City Tech BD, add Customer’s product(s) to the cart, and place Customer's order directly through the website.

2. Offline Purchase – Visit our physical shop or contact us via our helpline/WhatsApp to place an order manually.

Shipping and Delivery Options

Standard Courier Service

• Inside Dhaka City: Delivered in 1–2 working days

• Outside Dhaka City: Delivered in 2–3 working days

Express Delivery (Dhaka Metro Only)

• Orders confirmed before 6 PM usually reach the Customer the same day (within 12 hours).

• Delivery charge is slightly higher but ensures faster and safer delivery.

Delivery Charge Rates:

• Inside Dhaka: 80–100 tk

• Outside Dhaka: 120–150 tk

Instant Delivery by Pathao Courier

• Available inside Dhaka city.

• Delivery time: Usually within a few hours (depending on Pathao rider availability).

• Delivery charge: Depends on the distance between our shop and the Customer’s delivery address.

The Customer can also enjoy home delivery across most areas. If they prefer, they may select their own delivery company at checkout.

Order Confirmation Process

• After placing an order, our product manager or sales officer will call Customer to confirm.

• If the Customer doesn’t confirm by 6 PM, the order may be delayed until the next working day.

• Once confirmed, the Customer’s order will move into processing and shipment stages.

Order Status Information

1. Processing – Customer order is received and being prepared

2. Verified – Our team has called and confirmed the customer’s order

3. Shipped – The customer’s product has been packed and handed to the delivery team

4. Hold – The order requires additional information before proceeding

5. Others – Rare cases. Please contact us at 01722437801 for details

Cancelling an Order

• The customer can cancel only if the order is in Processing or Verified stage.

• Cancellation is possible through a call at 01722437801 (10 AM – 6 PM).

• If the order is already shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Payment Options

We accept both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Advance Digital Payments:

• Cash on Delivery – Pay only after receiving the product

• Digital Payment – Pay in advance via:
