Charging mode IN:
By setting the upper limit voltage UP and the lower limit voltage dn; when the battery voltage ≤ the lower limit voltage dn, the relay is turned on, and the charger starts to charge the battery; when the battery voltage ≥ the upper limit voltage UP, the relay is turned off to complete an automatic charging; the relay is turned on, IN flashes to indicate it is charging.
Discharge mode OUT:
By setting the upper limit voltage UP and the lower limit voltage dn; when the battery voltage ≥ the upper limit voltage UP, the relay is turned on and starts discharging; when the battery voltage is ≤ the lower limit voltage dn, the relay is turned off to complete an automatic discharge function; the relay is turned on, OUT flashes, Indicates that it is discharging.
Note: This product is a simple voltage controller, the output is turned on and off through a relay, it only plays the role of a switch and cannot change voltage.
Function Description:
1. Calculation of voltage percentage: battery voltage / (upper limit voltage - lower limit voltage)
2. Button function:
UP button: short press to switch display % and time, long press for 5 seconds to switch modes, charging mode: IN, discharging mode: OUT
SET button: Short press to view the currently set parameters; long press the SET button to enter the parameter setting interface, set UP: voltage upper limit, dn: voltage lower limit, OP: conduction time, dOP: delayed conduction time (0-999 seconds) , FOP in discharge mode: forced on time (0-10 seconds)
DOWN button: short press to turn off/on the relay enable (emergency stop function) is turned off, the LCD display is OFF, the relay is disconnected, long press the DOWN button to set the status of the LCD backlight L-P: OFF backlight is always on, ON: backlight is at 5 --Automatically turn off after 10 minutes; press any key to wake up after turning off.
3. Parameter setting:
a. Long press the SET key to enter the parameter setting interface;
b. After entering the parameter setting interface, short press the SET button to switch the set parameters;
c. After selecting the parameter, you can set it through the UP/DOWN key, which supports short press and long press;
d. To set other parameters, repeat steps b and c;
e. After all parameter settings are completed, press and hold the SET button to exit and save;
Charge/discharge time control function:
When the set time parameter OP is non-zero, the charging/discharging time control is started; when the relay is turned on and a charging/discharging is started, the timing starts; when the timing is completed, the relay is automatically disconnected to complete a charging/discharging process; if the timing is completed, the charging In the mode, the detection voltage the upper limit voltage UP, the charging time control function will be automatically turned off, and H:ER will flash to remind the user that the time parameter setting is unreasonable; press any key to stop flashing;
When the charging/discharging time control is not turned on, the product will record a complete time. When entering the time display interface, the charging time will be displayed flashingly; then it will be cleared when exiting the time display interface or when the next charge is turned on (the relay is turned on);
Parameter auto-detection:
After setting the parameters and exiting, if the voltage lower limit dn ≥ upper limit voltage up, the system will flash and display "ERR" as a reminder;
Delay conduction function dOP (0~999 seconds):
The interval time between charging/discharging once and turning on again;Discharge conduction forced start time FOP(0~10S):
After the relay conduction condition is satisfied, the relay is forced to conduct (0~10S), and the battery voltage is detected again; this function is mainly for the discharge function, and some test loads will instantly drop to the lower limit voltage at the moment of conduction, which may cause false triggering. The relay is disconnected, and the normal discharge process cannot be carried out
Common fault analysis:
1. Q: What V level is suitable for use? What V voltage is suitable for this module?
Answer: This model is suitable for use within the voltage range of the lowest 6V and the highest 60V. The maximum output level is 48V, because the 48V battery is fully charged at about 60V, and it will burn if it is higher. If your battery is higher than 48V, please choose other models.
2. Question: The relay crackles after power on! Lights blinking?
Answer: This is because your charging current is too large or the capacity of the battery is too small, which causes the voltage upper limit to be reached as soon as the power is turned on. You need to reduce the charging current, usually the charging current is 1/10 of the battery capacity to 1.5, such as 20AH battery charging current is generally around 2-3A! Note that charging with high current will cause the battery to heat up, accelerate aging, bulge or even explode!
3. Q: What control method? Can it be recharged automatically? Can it be charged while using? Can the flow be limited?
Answer: This is voltage control. For example, set the lower limit of the voltage to 12.0V, and the upper limit of the voltage to 14.5V. When the voltage reaches 14.5V, the power will be cut off. When the voltage drops to 12.0V, the relay will close and start charging; it can be used while charging, and the voltage is controlled. The method only functions to turn off and on, and cannot limit the current. The charging current depends entirely on your charger!
4. Question: Can input 12V charge a 24V battery, or can input 48V charge a 12V battery?
Answer: This is a simple voltage controller, which only functions as a switch, and cannot change the voltage to charge the battery, so you must prepare what kind of charger you want to charge the battery! necessary!
